Main directions of activation of students' independent work and control of its effectiveness

The article deals with the basic directions of activation of students' independent work and control of its effectiveness by the teacher. There are presented review stages of production situations and business games. On concrete examples are given the features of parse of production situations and conduct of business games in the conditions of reduction of the classroom and, accordingly, increasing the share of independent work in the total volume of the given disciplines.
The decision and the analysis of work situations and business games allow students to work independently to activate and develop creative and analytical thinking skills, acquire a clear presentation of ideas, defend his point of view on the issue, provide insight into the complex nature of the relationship and disciplines.
Thus, the main direction of enhancing students' independent work and monitoring its effectiveness can be used to develop the system of training, which involves creativity, autonomy and collective decision-making ability. This reduces the path from theoretical knowledge to its practical application.
