The motives of labor varied. They are differ by needs that people seek to satisfy through work activities, the benefits that are required by humans to meet their needs, at a price that the employee is willing to pay for obtaining the desired benefits. They have in common that satisfaction is always associated with work activities. We can divide all the possible tools of motivation into two major groups: tangible and intangible motivators. In the world there are different models of motivation, taking into account national specificities of a country. Primarily, this is due to the peculiarities of the corporate culture of different nations. However, there are historical models of management (Japanese and American), significantly different from all others. In Russia the most effective way of motivation is monetary reward.
