Technology of milk for mega farm of Artinsky district

For agricultural workers has become a problem the use of outdated technologies and equipment by reduc-ing the livestock population, milk yield, milk quality, which leads to lower economic efficiency of milk pro-duction. Now the challenge is implementation and adoption in agriculture new highly efficient technologies for the production of milk in the construction of new complexes and mega farms with loose housing of cows. Technology of milk production LLC “Udarnic” on the basis of which is building a new mega farm is studied. Recommended flow-shop technology of milk production at mega farm LLC “Udarnic” – three-flow-shop system of milk production. The flow-shop system of milk production is defined inside the farm shop-order specialization of the production process for technological cycles: feeding, maintenance, execution of techno-logical operations and veterinary measures in accordance with a feature of the physiological state of animals in different periods of their lives. When the system on the mega farm are created in the shop: the shop of dry cows and calving workshop for 200 heads; shop of milking and insemination 620 heads; shop of milk pro- duction the barn for two 620 goals:1) the milk yield 10 kg; 2) with milk yield above 15 kg [5]. Milking will be done in the milking parlor “Parallel”, the equipment company DeLaval. The milking will take place quickly, with maximum comfort for the animal and humans. As the equipment operates with a maximum imitation of the “sucking calf”, a risk of diseases of the udder decreased. Milking parlor “Parallel” designed for large farms with livestock from 500 to 1,000 head. Planned efficiency and of the project is designed on the sources of financing and with the subsidies from budgets of all levels it pays for itself after 8.8 years. The research results positively characterize the planned technology of milk production on the mega farm with loose housing of cows.
