Tourist business: psychological aspects

Tourist business - specific field of human activity, which arose as a result of integration of the two areas -turizma and economy. The result of entrepreneurial activity in the tourism sector is a package of tourist services. In modern society, tourism is the carrier of the country's identity and cultural values of a particular region and a factor of economic and social development of the country, which sells travel services. The reputation and quality of service, hospitality, high level of service and the provision of various services, high social responsibility, are the hallmark of the country and create the image of the country for the entire world community. The international level of tourism requires a large financial and organizational effort, new tourist routes and innovative information technologies. Information and technological support for the package tourism products to travel agencies and is the aim of our work. The use of innovative software systems for creating, processing, storage and transmission of information will increase the speed of information processes taking place in modern society and in tourism in times. This information has become a staple for the successful functioning of a modern travel company.
