The teaching of legal disciplines in the modern agricultural university

Voronin, doktor yuridicheskih nauk, professor Uralskogo gosudarstvennogo agrarnogo universitetaThe article examines the legal educational disciplines taught in the Ural Agricultural University, analyzes, what disciplines various departments and specialties are studying. There are considered main modern prob- lems in the teaching of legal disciplines. First of all, we should note the absence of a unified program with a unified number of hours for the main university-wide disciplines (“Law”, “Agrarian Law”). Due to the ina- bility to combine in a stream different groups it leads to an increase of the number of teachers and naturally to the growth of the salary fund. The lack of representation of individual branches of law in the learning process, in particular of the environmental and business law, also raises questions. The article also notes the special responsibility of developers of state standards and curriculums for higher education, on which depend the further development of the education and training of competent professionals.
