Use of managed discussion in teaching informative technologies to the students of agrarian specialties

The article discusses the technology of managed discussion – the most active form of educational dialogue, encouraging students to independent search for additional material on given topics and making right decisions based on a recent study of the material. Objectives of managed discussion are concluded not only in mastering teaching material, but also in teaching students logically and convincingly defend their point of view, accept compromise solutions that meet the majority of the chattering group. It should be noted that students are attracted by the opportunity to argue with classmates and teacher, to question everything and defend their point of view. Therefore, in addition to better assimilation of a given educational material advantage of the method is the development of necessary skills and competencies. The use of interactive teaching methods, particularly technology of managed discussion, can significantly ease the process of learn- ing knowledge on the subject, which is objectively reflected in the results of control activities.
