The market of consumer goods after the crisis of 2009, competition intensified, and many companies are facing a serious problem. Products no longer provides a competitive advantage, it is not always possible to use to increase the attractiveness to customers and rates. Marketing campaigns often provide only short-term advantage. For these reasons, many companies began searching for ways to reduce operating costs in the field of distribution and sales. In fact, the need for optimization of distribution channels – a requirement of time. In this article I propose a systematic approach that will ensure the growth of sales and profitability of the distribution channel, companies operating in consumer markets.
