The quality of the milk produced in the milk processing plant collective farm "ural moun-tains" Irbitsky district

Examination of quality of milk. For the study was taken from the milk "Russian" drinking pasteurized with a mass fraction of fat 3,2 %. Studies were carried out on organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters. We assessed the appearance, texture, taste and smell, density, mass fraction of fat mass fraction of protein, acidity, temperature at release from the company. As a result of the quality assessment, it was found that the milk drinking pasteurized "the Russian" with M. D. f 3.2 %, and meets the requirements of GOST 31450-2012 "Milk. Technical conditions" on organoleptic and physico-chemical indicators. In addition, was con-ducted to identify samples for labeling and packaging, which resulted in all the samples meet the require-ments of GOST R 51074-2003 "food Products. Information for consumers.
