Basic mechanisms of food security

This article States that considerable attention should be given to establishing effective mechanisms to ensure food security. They should be an integral part of the national socio-economic development and to log on to the target and departmental programs at the Federal and regional levels. In the field of improvement of quality needs to be taken to improve the system security and quality control of food products throughout the chain - production, storage, transportation, processing and marketing. You need to create modern instrumental and methodical base, organizational structure of quality control and safety of food raw materials and food products.
