The organization of sales policy of dealers taking into account business processes

Today the dealer sales policy is based on its agreement with the supplier under which the latter delivers to the agreed area of their cars and parts only dealer. The fact that for each brand there is potentially only one distributor that severely restricts and significantly tightens the competition for a similar position, which makes it necessary to think more and more about the organization marketing policy.
