In the world today is the decline of the classical Modernist project of the Enlightenment, there were several radically from each other in different societies. Following the understanding of the modern epoch and its main contradictions may emerge a new form of Russian patriotism, when the younger generation is starting to identify with the project of the Russian overmodern as a breakthrough in the future. Today's patriots diverse individual fragments of the past, present and future of Russia needs a fundamentally new science of Russia, the West and other social systems and cultural science integrated Humanities, making these universal science. Today we have several world-systems on the planet - they all have their own humanitarian technologies and traditional values and demand for understanding in the system of Russian consciousness training transitional programs-transformers. The country's leaders and scholars under the pretext of the constitutional prohibition of 1993 in state ideology do not define the modern era, but then it is unclear to what stage of development of Russia included studies: towards a post-industrial, post-Soviet, bourgeois, mutant, information society, civilization, the "third wave"? The problem of providing national security and problems of development of the education system are closely linked due to the fact that the adult education system linked to the interests of a large number of people. The question arises, what type of person, a patriot should form the his toric Russian every time a new stage of its development? What happened to this type of person in the 90 years of the twentieth century?
