The analysis of the external and internal environment in shaping the strategy of the company

In order to determine the strategy of the organization and to carry out this strategy, you need to have a deep understanding about how the internal environment of the organization, its potential and trends, and the external environment, tendencies of its development and the place occupied in it by the organization. At the same time and the internal environment and external environment are examined strategic management in the first place in order to uncover the threats and opportunities that the organization needs to consider when defining your goals and achieve them. Strategic management considers the environment as a set of three environments: macrocrania, immediate environment and internal environment.
