However, in a market economy, the state is not able to perform all its social functions. Entrepreneurship can become a new active force, capable to bear the burden of social responsibility on an equal basis with the state both in relation to its employees and in relation to the surrounding community as a whole . However, in an unstable economic situation, many enterprises are concerned, first of all, with their own survival and maintaining profitability. Meanwhile, the development of the social infrastructure of the region and the social security of the company's employees are the most important factors of stability of any company.
