QUALITY EXAMINATION OF PASTERIZED MILK REALIZED IN A RETAIL TRADING NETWORK

The article presents the results of the examination of the quality of pasteurized milk with a mass fraction of fat of 3.2% from different manufacturers: "From Sosnovka" (Yekaterinburg), "Prostokvashino" (Kurgan region), "White Dew" (Sverdlovsk region), sold in Yekaterinburg. In addition, the identification of packaging and labeling of the studied milk samples was carried out. The compliance of packaging and labeling with the requirements of current technical regulations has been established. The results of a qualitative examination of the studied samples of pasteurized milk confirmed their compliance with the requirements of GOST 31450-2013. Therefore, the above industrial enterprises produce high-quality products in packages that comply with technical regulations and with reliable marking.
