Psychological characteristics of first-year students, the factors activation of its successful learning and cognitive activity
S. B. Zyryanov, kandidat tehnicheskih nauk, dotsent Uralskogo gosudarstvennogo agrarnogo universitetaThe article considers the problems of adaptation of students to studying in a university. The process of adaptation of school graduates to student's activities is rather complicated and ambiguous. In many aspects it depends on the motivation and the psychological climate in the student's environment. In relation to the new knowledge the students are divided into three groups, and in relation to a study – in five groups. Each of these groups has its own motivation to studying and their future activities. The task of the professor is to help future specialists realize themselves.
