Use of active and interactive learning methods in the educational process

To make graduate have the relevant expertise and be in demand by enterprises it is necessary to improve the learning process. Its main focus is the greater use of methods of active and interactive learning. The basic educational programs of higher education, along with the competence-oriented approach suggests that the student gets greater autonomy in choosing the ways of development of educational material and educational technologies promote differentiation and individualization of its training activities. A crucial role in the implementation of competence-based approach has the transition from traditional forms of the transfer of knowledge to innovative educational technologies, active and interactive teaching methods. It is necessary to develop approaches to expert evaluation of educational technologies, the use of active and interactive methods.
