It could get worse, as it is one of the real risks for the sustainable development of agriculture in the conditions of Russia's membership in the WTO. Retirement or pre-retirement age of the majority of managers and senior specialists of agricultural enterprises also stimulates to decide this issue.
Deciding the problem of the employment and retention of graduates of educational institutions in the agricultural organizations depends on many factors. Among them are the issue of housing, the state of the social infrastructure of rural communities, the ability to consistently earn money for a decent living in rural society. Of particular note is the problem of effective coordination and state support of agricultural education system, as individual social formations have no way of financial support system of agricultural education. It is necessary to take appropriate legislative or other normative legal act, which would give the legal basis for disbursement of funds from the regional and local budgets for training for the agricultural sector.
