Innovations in management of labor adaptation of workers of agricultural enterprises

Savin, kandidat filosofskih nauk, dotsent Uralskogo gosudarstvennogo agrarnogo universitetaThe authors propose the conception of the psychological mechanism of adaptation of different agrarian social groups to the market economy. The basis of the conception of this psychological mechanism of adaptation is the process of change of the psychological attitudes, motives, purposes of the adaptator, output of new psychological qualities. Experimental basis of the conception of the psychological mechanism of adaptation is complex social psychological investigation, which includes questionnaire and testing of 160 workers of agrarian enterprises of Revda district of Sverdlovsk region. The article contains the program of sociological and psychological investigation of the adaptation of different social agrarian groups to the market economy. The program has three parts: methodological (contains formulating of the problem, the purpose and tasks of the investigation, the object and subject of the investigation, hypothesis of the investigation), instrumental (contains choice of the instruments of the investigation: questionnaire and tests, the project of election totality) and recommendation parts (contains recommendations). In the result of the sociological and psychological investigation the authors conduct the factorial analysis of the adaptation of workers of agrarian enterprises of Pervouralsk district of Sverdlovsk region. The results of the factorial analysis of the adaptation of workers of agrarian enterprises of Pervouralsk district of Sverdlovsk region are presented in the form of analysis tables and diagrams. The result of sociological and psychological investigation show, that material motive factors predominate (52.29 %), psychological factors have significance and stand on the second place (24.51 %), social factors stand on the third place (6.21 %). The factorial analysis show that beside motive factors (without the wages) the most important is the additional material stimulation (50 %), the next important motive is a possibility to buy productive product on the reduced price (33.33 %). On the basis of the sociological and psychological investigation we propose practical recommendations, which will be inculcates on the agrarian enterprises of Revda district of Sverdlovsk region.
