Comparative evaluation of tea implemented in the trading network «Kirovskiy»

The article examines the comparative evaluation of black tea of premium quality on organoleptic and physic-chemical parameters. The study of quality of tea is determined in accordance with GOST 1938-90 «Tea black packed. Specifications». Organoleptic characteristics are flavor, taste, appearance of dry tea, leaf color. Physic-chemical parameters of black tea normalized in the standard are humidity, extractives, metallomagnetic impurities. Comparative evaluation of the quality of black tea shows that all the studied samples correspond to the standard.
