The human capital is the acquired stock of knowledge, abilities, skills. Expedient use of this capital in the sphere of public work promotes growth of labor productivity and production. Use of this type of the capital leads to growth of earnings (income) of the given worker in the future by refusal of part of the current consumption. The role of the human capital in agriculture is unconditional. There are features and the specifics which are caused by features of agricultural production from what there are also problems when forming the human capital of agriculture. Preparation of a highly qualified and demanded personnel for agriculture is a topical and significant issue for many higher educational institutions and a problem for the effective and advanced organizations of agro-industrial complex. These conditions of formation of the human capital demand the careful analysis and improvement with the purpose to increase the level of the human capital in agriculture.
