In recent years, the agro-industrial complex has been actively developing and has moved to a new stage. Today, highly qualified personnel are required in agriculture, capable of meeting modern trends in the agro-industrial complex. At the moment, scientific activity is very important, it is she who is the main engine of progress in agriculture. Educational institutions that produce future specialists of the agroindustrial complex need modernization and transition to new education programs. This article discusses the main methods aimed at modernizing education in the agroindustrial complex, as well as the prospects for the development of the agar sector through innovations in education.
