Features of Waste Management in the Operation of Public Catering Enterprises

The article provides an overview of the main legal problems in waste disposal at public catering establishments. An approximate composition of waste is given, which is formed in the process of providing public catering services, mainly engaged with waste. A review of control measures and measures in the economy is being carried out, improving the situation with waste management in public catering establishments, reducing the amount of waste generation, and introducing modern methods of use.
